A Good Yew wood Low windsor Chair By William Wheatland from the period when he was working from the town of Retford before his move in c 1825 to Rockley the chair has the hall mark scratch carved line around the seat and back hoop, also the shaped under arm support instead of the turned support the spindles are also mortised right through the seat, the condition is excellent with a pleasing colour and patina
